3. Energy Service Office (ESO / ΚΕΠ CRM): Municipal advisory desk tool for citizen registry, diagnostic energy questionnaires, knowledge base management, and citizen satisfaction surveys.
4. GHG Emissions Platform & Inventory Engine: Compliant with the Covenant of Mayors (CoM) and GPC standards, featuring a 14-step data entry stepper, bulk Excel workbook parser, automated validation engine, and multi-year analytical reconciliations.
